Lily and I are walking in the Murray Relay for Life this year. I started a team for the Utah Down Syndrome Foundation after one of my hubby’s doctor, Maurice Baker, M.D. said he would pay for the UDSF to have a team.
We are walking for my hubby and Lily’s daddy – Jeff. He was diagnosed with prostrate cancer in Jan of 2011.
We are walking for Nathanael who just had his last cancer treatment!
We are walking for Kristen who lost her battle with cancer in 2010. We are walking for my sister Angie and my brother-in-law Dale who lost their battles in 2005.
We are walking for my sister, Julie, and Jeff’s brother, Doug, who fought and won their battle with cancer. We are walking for Marci, Gabriel, Kathy, and so many others who are dealing in some way with cancer today.
