Lily went to her first Young Women’s basketball game on Wednesday. I wish I could have seen her but I was having fun with my future DIL shopping for wedding dresses.
Lily was very excited. We got all her game gear ready before I left and she was counting down the minutes. Hubby went to the game with Lily.
When I returned home Lily was already in bed. She woke up just long enough to tell me they had won the game and SHE SCORED A BASKET!
I was so proud and a little upset that I missed it. I will be there next time.
Now for the LILYISM of the week 
Lily and her brother Kenny tease each other all the time. It is always in good fun. Today they were going back and forth at each other in the car. Lily spoke up shouted saying “I’m the good girl because I HAVE DOWN SYNDROME!” I can’t believe she has learned to play the Ds card so soon 
She is so beautiful and my oh my she is getting tall!!
